Question : Will I need to sign a contract?

Answer : House Cleaning Singapore does not require customer to sign any contract.

Question : How do I pay for my cleaning Services?

Answer : In the near future, we will be arranging paypal payment services but meantime, payment can be made on the spot upon cleaning services are completed or made via ATM transfer to POSB Savings Acc 009-38237-2

Question : How many people will be cleaning my house?

Answer : Depending the size of your house, we will deploy 1 or more cleaners for the cleaning assignment.

Question : What do I need to provide for the cleaning?

Answer : Customers need to provide cleaning tools for our cleaners (eg: broom,vacuum cleaner, mop & bucket, sponge, brushes, cleaning cloth for wiping, all in one cleaning solutions, bleach for toilet cleaning and floor, etc….). In the event that cleaning tools are not available, we will be able to make arrangement to bring the cleaning tools.

Question: If i need the cleaner to do extra cleaning for me?

Answer: Yes, this can be arranged, there is an additional charge of S$30 for each cleaner for every hour extension.

Question :Is there additional charges if cleaning services during weekend?

Answer : Yes, Additional S$30 per cleaner applies for weekend cleaning.

Question : What is your operation hours?

Answer : Daily from 9am to 7pm on weekdays and 9am to 5pm to weekends.

Question : Do I need to inform in advance to get your cleaning service?

Answer : Please allow us minimum 3 working days to arrange the cleaning service appointment for you.

Question : Besides House Cleaning Services, what other cleaning services do you provide?

Answer : Besides providing One-time Cleaning and Weekly cleaning services, we provided Dry Cleaning Services as part of our value-added services.
